This Winter Solstice we will gather in ritual and journey to alchemize and balance the elements within. Gracefully shedding the layers that are between us and what we want to cultivate in this season. Moving from stagnation and heaviness to inspiration and lightness.

Winter energy invites us to see in the dark and deepen our love for life. It is time to dream and take steady steps towards what fills us with inspiration and purpose.

We will journey with the Black Seed (known as the Seed of Blessings) that will guide us into balancing the elements within. We are made of earth, water, fire, air and spirit - this is what makes us humans and earthly beings. When these elements are out of balance we feel the pendulum swing to one extreme and that causes difficulties in our day to day life.

In this journey you will start cultivating awareness around which elements are out of balance and which are needed in your life at the moment. You will also have intuitive grounded insights on how to alchemize the elements and invite in more balance.

You will be guided through a journey of shamanic breathwork and moving meditation. This embodied journey is designed to drop you into the deep currents of your bodily sensations. Its a remembrance and an invitation to be present and connected with your own body wisdom and intuition. With breath and movement we can create more space to ground and inhabit our bodies. Bring more awareness to our unconscious patterns and learn how to meet our resistance with compassion to integrate and retrieve parts of our soul.

In this ceremony we will start with the breathwork journey, where you will be invited to connect with rhythmic breathing using the power of deep connected breathing to drop the prefrontal cortex (10% rational mind) where the Ego defenses are released and the journey unfolds in a variety of magickal ways. In a safe and nurturing environment, you may open to expanded states of consciousness usually only experienced in dreaming: where self-healing is experienced.

Breathwork allows you to release stuck emotions, free creative energy and reaffirm your connection with self and the divine. As old wounds and dysfunctional patterns are released and transformed, you will begin to regain lost soul parts and remember the magick of who you truly are.

This dark moon we will come in circle to journey with the Blue Lotus. Surrendering to her wisdom and guidance through the depth of our watery soils, softening and gently landing in our bodies. The Blue Lotus is a medicine of rebirth and renewal. She carries both tones of the deep dark night and the bright sun.
